Chocolate Coconut Candy Bars

Into a bowl, add the grated coconut and half of the condensed milk, mix very well, add the other half of the condensed milk and mix well again.Leave a bowl with water aside, so that you can wet your hands before you start shaping each candy bar.Get a piece of the coconut mixture and squeeze in your hands to remove the air bubbles. Shape it as you like.Place all the candy bars on a sheet of parchment paper and take them to the freezer for 20 minutes.Meanwhile, melt the semisweet chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave or in a double boiler.Take the candy bars out of the freezer, dip them in the melted chocolate and set them aside on a sheet of parchment paper. Take them to the fridge for 10 minutes if you want harder chocolate shells.Serve.

  • 1 Pack of Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 200g of Unsweetened Dried Grated Coconut
  • 200g of Melted Semisweet Chocolate
