Into a bowl, add the grated coconut and half of the condensed milk, mix very well, add the other half of the condensed milk and mix well again.
Leave a bowl with water aside, so that you can wet your hands before you start shaping each candy bar.
Get a piece of the coconut mixture and squeeze in your hands to remove the air bubbles. Shape it as you like.
Place all the candy bars on a sheet of parchment paper and take them to the freezer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the semisweet chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave or in a double boiler.
Take the candy bars out of the freezer, dip them in the melted chocolate and set them aside on a sheet of parchment paper. Take them to the fridge for 10 minutes if you want harder chocolate shells.
Serve.
