Start by shredding a chicken breast over a skillet filled with hot water over medium heat.
Use a vegetable peeler to do so or chop the chicken with a knife if you prefer, then let it cook for 10 minutes.
After the chicken has cooked through, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the eggs, the milk, the salt and mix until combined.
Add the wheat flour, the oregano, the baking powder and mix again.
Next, add the chicken we prepared earlier, the grated mozzarella cheese and mix again.
Transfer everything to a medium baking dish and spread evenly.
Add the tomato cut into slices, the red bell pepper cut into strips and cover everything with +150g of grated mozzarella cheese.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve.
