On a plate, place the garlic cloves, 3 eggs and transfer everything to a large bowl.
Add 2 more eggs and beat everything very well with a hand blender.
Then, add the salt, the baking soda and mix.
Add parsley to taste and mix again.
Add the natural yogurt, the wheat flour and keep mixing.
When you can no longer mix with the spatula, knead with your hands until smooth.
Transfer the dough to a table and roll it out into a round shape, then cut it into 8 equal pieces, in the shape of a pizza.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the pieces of dough we prepared and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
