Cut the ricotta cheese into strips and then into cubes, grate the mozzarella cheese and chop the parsley to taste.
Into a bowl, add the egg, the milk and the ingredients we've just chopped, add the salt, the baking powder, mix it all together very well.
Gradually add the wheat flour, and keep mixing. When you can no longer mix with the spoon, mix it by hand until a smooth dough is formed.
Sprinkle some flour on the table and place the dough on it, stretch it with a rolling pin, cut off the sides to make it straight. Next, cut the dough into small squares then cut these squares in half diagonally, like pizza slices, forming triangles.
Fry these triangles in oil at low temperature until golden brown.
Serve.
