Start by chopping the hot-dog sausages into 4 equal-sized pieces. Once you’ve done that, set aside.
Into a bowl, add the eggs and season them with salt, black pepper and sweet paprika, mix well until combined. Add the water and the milk and mix well again. Set aside.
Into a baking tray, add a drizzle of olive oil and spread evenly.
Add the penne pasta and spread it out well, add parsley to taste, the red pepper cut into dices and the tomato also cut into dices.
Add the hot-dog sausages we’ve chopped all over it. Finally, add the egg mixture we’ve made.
Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.
After this indicated time, remove the foil, and add the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Take it back to preheated oven and let it bake for another 10 minutes.
Top with parsley to taste.
