Sauce
Into a saucepan, add the water, cover it and let it boil. Once it starts to boil, add the salt, the olive oil or oil and the bow tie pasta. Gently mix.
Cook for about 7 to 10 minutes, until al dente. It's the cooking point in which the pasta has cooked through but is still firm.
After this indicated cooking time, drain the water and set aside.
Now into a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil or oil and the butter. Stir well until the butter melts and add the tomato paste. Mix well for 1 minute.
Now, add the black pepper, the chimichurri and the sweet paprika, mix it all together very well again.
Add the eggs and the salt, mix until the eggs have cooked through then add the pasta. Lower the heat and mix well until the spices incorporate into the pasta.
Turn off the heat and serve.
