In a large bowl, add the wheat flour, the jelly powder, the refined sugar and mix very well.
Add the milk – it must be hot to dissolve the jelly powder – and mix until combined.
Next, add the vegetable oil, the eggs and mix everything again to combine.
Add the baking powder and mix.
Transfer the batter to a baking pan greased with margarine and flour.
Add chocolate chips to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
If you like, you can finish by topping it with strawberry syrup.
Serve.
