Pan-fried Pork Belly

In a large saucepan filled with boiling water, add the pork belly, cover the pan and let it cook for 7 minutes.After this time has passed, remove from the pan, dry well with paper towel and cut in half.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a generous drizzle of olive oil.Add the pieces of pork belly and fry them until golden brown on all sides.Season with the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the fine herbs, the salt and mix.Add the beer, the soy sauce, mix, cover the skillet and let it all cook for 20 minutes.After this time has passed, uncover the skillet, add the sugar, the sweet paprika and drizzle the meat with the sauce.Cover the skillet and let it all cook for another 5 minutes.Serve.

  • 1kg of Pork Belly

  • 300ml of Beer
  • 50ml of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
  • +1 Teaspoon of Sweet Paprika

Serve.
