Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
Next, transfer all these chicken cubes to a bowl and season them with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the chimichurri, mix until the spices have incorporated into the chicken and set aside.
In a saucepan, add the potatoes chopped into half-moons, the broccoli and enough water to cover all the ingredients, and let them cook for 20 minutes.
After this indicated time, drain all the water from the vegetables and transfer them to a blender.
Add the milk, the Brazilian cream cheese and the mayonnaise, blend all the ingredients very well until combined.
Once you’ve done that, in a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil, the onion chopped into small cubes and the crushed garlic, stir until wilted.
Add the seasoned chicken cubes and stir until golden brown.
Add the creamy broccoli-potato sauce, one pinch of salt and stir very well until incorporated.
Top it all with the slices of cheese, the fried bacon bits and parsley to taste.
Serve.
