Chicken
Start by shredding the chicken breasts, already cooked (Set the chicken broth aside).
Then, into a saucepan, add a drizzle of oil and the minced garlic cloves, stir until slightly golden brown.
Add the turmeric and stir.
Add the white rice and stir for 5 minutes.
Pour the chicken broth in the rice, stir and let it all cook for 15 minutes.
Then, into another saucepan, add a drizzle of oil, the red onion chopped into thin strips, the minced garlic cloves, add parsley to taste and the tomato paste, stir well.
Add the rest of the chicken broth, and let it cook until thickened.
Add the green, red and yellow peppers chopped into dices, the peas, the carrot chopped into dices, stir all the ingredients very well, cover the saucepan and let it all cook for 8 minutes.
After this indicated time, add the salt and the shredded chicken, stir well and add all the cooked rice, stir again.
Add parsley to taste and serve.
