In a large jar with a lid, add the chicken drumsticks.
Add the beer at room temperature, cover the jar and let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the marinated drumsticks from the jar.
Now, remove the skins from all of them using a teaspoon and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the wheat flour and the cornstarch.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika, the oregano and mix everything until combined.
Divide this flour mixture into two equal parts, placing them in 2 small bowls.
Now, in one of them, add the eggs, 100ml of water and mix until combined.
In the other bowl, add 100ml of water and mix so that the flour forms lumps.
Then, bread the chicken drumsticks we prepared.
First, dip them in the creamy mixture and then coat them in the flour.
Repeat this process with all the drumsticks.
In a large saucepan over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the breaded chicken drumsticks and fry them until golden brown.
