Caramel
Start by peeling the oranges and cut them into smaller pieces.
Next, peel the bananas and cut them into round slices.
Transfer the oranges to a large bowl, add the bananas and blend with a hand mixer until smooth.
If you prefer, you can do this process with a blender.
In a small bowl, add the unflavored gelatin, the water and mix.
Microwave on high for 20 seconds.
After that, add the gelatin to the banana and orange mixture.
Add the milk, mix everything well until combined and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the sugar, spread it evenly and let it cook until it starts to melt.
Next, stir everything very well until it completely melts.
Add the water and stir until it turns into caramel.
Then, transfer this caramel to a 22 cm diameter pudding mold and spread it evenly.
Add the mixture we prepared.
Take the dessert to the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
Serve.
