In a large skillet, add the ice cubes, the rice and the soy sauce.
Turn the heat to medium-low and mix everything very well.
Add the water, the tomato, cover the skillet and let everything cook until all the water has completely evaporated.
Set the rice aside and transfer the tomato to a food processor or blender.
Add the cloves of garlic, the salt and blend very well until smooth.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the onion chopped into cubes, the green bell pepper chopped into cubes and sauté until the onion softens.
Add the sauce we blended, the fried bacon cubes and sauté for 2 more minutes.
Next, add the rice we prepared and mix to combine.
Serve.
