Sauce
In a jar with a lid, start by adding the potatoes cut into sticks.
Add enough Coca Cola to cover everything.
Close the jar with the lid and let the potatoes soak for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the Coca Cola from the potatoes and transfer them to a large bowl.
Add the cornstarch and mix everything very well to combine.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil.
And when this oil is hot, add the potato sticks we prepared and fry them until golden brown.
Remove them from the hot oil and soak up the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the diced onion, the crushed garlic cloves and sauté until golden brown.
Then, add the ketchup, the honey, the white vinegar and the soy sauce.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika and sauté everything very well for 5 minutes.
Serve the fries with the sauce we prepared.
