Start by putting the corn in the blender, the milk, the oil, the eggs, the salt, the sugar, the corn flour and the wheat flour, blend very well until combined.
Pour in all this mixture in a bowl.
Add the baking powder and mix gently.
Add the ham chopped into small squares, the mozzarella cheese chopped into cubes, mix well and set aside.
In a 24 cm-diameter round baking pan, add the butter and evenly spread to grease it properly.
Once you’ve done that, pour in all the mixture.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 50 minutes.
Serve.
