Start by adding the condensed milk and the juice powder into a bowl, mix very well until combined.
Add the table cream, the coconut milk, and the dry grated coconut, mix well again.
Into a square glass dish, add 1/3 of this cream, spread it well so that it covers the whole bottom of the dish.
Dip the ring biscuits in milk and make a layer of biscuits over the cream.
Make another layer of the cream - use the same amount as the first layer.
Make another layer of biscuits then add the rest of the cream, spreading very well.
Top with grated coconut, to taste.
Take to the fridge and leave for about 3 hours.
Serve.
