In a bowl, start by putting the wheat flour, add the dry yeast powder and mix. Add sugar and egg, mix, add water and oil, mix again.
Add the salt and mix, when you can no longer mix with the spatula, mix with your hands until a smooth and uniform dough is formed.
Sprinkle some flour on the table, place the dough on it and knead.
Put the dough back in the bowl and cover it with a cloth or plastic wrap, let it rest for 1 hour.
After that, put the dough on the table again, rub some oil in your hands and stretch it into a log shape, cut the dough into 6 equal-sized pieces.
Round these dough pieces into balls and set them aside, covering with plastic wrap.
Get one of the dough pieces, flatten it by hand and stuff it some mozzarella cheese and slices of ham.
To close it, get one of the dough ends and fold it over the other end, pressing down on it with your fingertips to seal it well.
Repeat this process with every dough ball.
Transfer these snacks to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or nonstick baking paper.
Spread some olive oil or oil in your hands and rub it over each snack, top it with some oregano, to taste.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve.
