Chicken and Bacon Sandwich

Start by placing the chicken breast in a sandwich maker greased with vegetable oil and let it toast for 5 minutes.After this time has passed, to season, add a drizzle of olive oil, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the sweet paprika and spread the seasonings well.Turn the chicken over and repeat the seasonings on the other side.Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and let it bake for 20 minutes.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the sliced bacon and fry until golden brown.Next, cut the bacon into smaller pieces and set aside.Also cut the ripe tomato into slices and set it aside.Now chop a bunch of lettuce into strips then into smaller pieces.Once the chicken is cooked, cut it into strips then chop it into smaller pieces.Next, in a sandwich maker, add the grated mozzarella, the chicken we prepared and +50g of grated mozzarella.Close the sandwich maker, let everything toast for 5 minutes and cut it in half.Now, to assemble the recipe, put the filling on top of half of the cheesy chicken.Add two slices of tomato, lettuce to taste, mayonnaise to taste, the bacon we prepared earlier and close the sandwich with the other half of the cheesy chicken.Serve.
