Into a saucepan, start by adding the butter and olive oil, stir well until the butter melts.
Add the diced onion and stir until translucent. Add the garlic cloves and the diced green bell pepper, then mix it all together again.
Add the wheat flour and stir it all together for 1 minute, so that the flour cooks through.
Add the shredded precooked chicken, mix well, then add the drained sweet corn and the diced palm hearts, then mix it all together again.
Then add the tomato paste, ½ pack of table cream and the cheese spread, and mix it all again very well.
Season with salt, pepper, and oregano, then mix it all again.
Finally, turn off the heat, add chives and parsley to taste.
Now, into a large glass baking dish, add ½ pack of table cream and spread it very well.
On top of it, make a layer of crackers. After that, add half of the chicken mixture and spread it out well.
Add 100g of cheese spread on top of it, making sure to spread it very well.
Add half of the shredded mozzarella cheese, make another layer of crackers, and add the rest of the chicken mixture.
Add another 100g of cheese spread and spread it well.
Add the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (356°F) for about 20 minutes.
Top it with some fried smoked sausage, to taste.
