Banana Pie

In a saucepan, add the condensed milk and the corn starch, mix well.Add the milk and the vanilla essence, turn on the heat and stir nonstop until it thickens and a cream is formed.Turn off the heat and add the table cream, mix until combined.Transfer the cream to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a plastic bag touching the cream and let it cool until it reaches room temperature.Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the wheat flour, the sugar, the baking powder, the cinnamon powder and the room-temperature margarine, mix all the ingredients by hand until combined.Add one egg and mix again.Now, to assemble the recipe, in a 30cm x 20cm baking tray greased with margarine and wheat flour, add half of the crumbly mixture we made and spread it all over the bottom.Top the mixture with the bananas cut in half, lengthwise.Next, cover the bananas with all the cream.Now, top it with the other half of the crumbly mixture and spread.Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 40 minutes.Serve.

  • 1 Pack of Condensed Milk (395g)

  • 1 Cup of Milk (240ml Cup) 
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Essence 
  • 1 Pack of Table Cream (200g) 
  • 2 Cups of Wheat Flour 
  • 1 Cup of Sugar 
  • 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder 
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon Powder 
  • 3 Tablespoons of Margarine 
  • 1 Egg 
  • 5 Ripe Bananas

Modo de Fazer

Turn off the heat and add the table cream, mix until combined. 

Transfer the cream to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a plastic bag touching the cream and let it cool until it reaches room temperature. 

Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the wheat flour, the sugar, the baking powder, the cinnamon powder and the room-temperature margarine, mix all the ingredients by hand until combined. 

Add one egg and mix again.
