2 Eggs
60ml of Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of Green Bell Pepper
2 Tablespoons of Diced Onion
80g of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Pot of Plain Yogurt (170g)
Parsley to Taste
100ml of Milk
1 Cup of Wheat Flour (240ml)
½ Tablespoon of Baking Powder
1 Pinch of Salt
150g of Cooked Ham
200g of Cooked Chicken Breast
6 Slices of Mozzarella Cheese
1 Calabrese Sausage
100g of Bacon
100g of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
½ Onion Chopped into Round Slices
½ Green Bell Pepper Chopped into Slices
Sweetcorn to Taste
Olives to Taste
2 Cherry Tomatoes
Oregano to Taste
In a bowl, add the eggs, the olive oil, the green bell pepper chopped into small cubes, the onion chopped into small cubes, the shredded mozzarella cheese, and the plain yogurt. Add parsley to taste, the milk, the wheat flour, 1 pinch of salt, the baking powder, mix all the ingredients very well until combined.
After that, transfer the mixture to a 30cm x 20 cm baking tray greased with margarine and wheat flour.
Top the mixture with the shredded ham, the cooked and shredded chicken, and the mozzarella slices.
Cut the Calabrese sausage into round slices and place them over the cheese.
Add the bacon chopped into small cubes and the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Add the round slices of onion, the green bell pepper chopped into thin slices, sweetcorn to taste, olives to taste and the cherry tomatoes chopped into smaller pieces.
Finally, add some oregano to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
