Rice Waffle with Salmon and Tuna

Start by adding the cooked rice to a waffle maker greased with vegetable oil and spread it out.Close the machine, let the rice fry for 5 minutes, remove it from the waffle maker and set it aside.In a medium bowl, add the salmon and the tuna, both cut into cubes.Season them with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything together to combine.Then transfer this mixture to a baking tray and spread it out.Take to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 25 minutes.In a medium bowl, add the avocado sliced into cubes, the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the juice of one lime, a drizzle of olive oil and mix everything very well with a fork until combined.Once you've done that and the fish has baked, to assemble the recipe, top the rice with the cream cheese and spread it out.Add 1 teaspoon of the avocado sauce, the fish we prepared, red onion to taste and parsley to taste.Finish by adding some hot sauce.Serve.

  • 2 Tablespoons of Cooked Rice

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Olive Oil

To Assemble

  • 1 Teaspoon of Cream Cheese
  • Red Onion to Taste
  • Parsley to Taste
  • Hot Sauce
