Avocado Sauce
To Assemble
Start by adding the cooked rice to a waffle maker greased with vegetable oil and spread it out.
Close the machine, let the rice fry for 5 minutes, remove it from the waffle maker and set it aside.
In a medium bowl, add the salmon and the tuna, both cut into cubes.
Season them with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything together to combine.
Then transfer this mixture to a baking tray and spread it out.
Take to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the avocado sliced into cubes, the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the juice of one lime, a drizzle of olive oil and mix everything very well with a fork until combined.
Once you've done that and the fish has baked, to assemble the recipe, top the rice with the cream cheese and spread it out.
Add 1 teaspoon of the avocado sauce, the fish we prepared, red onion to taste and parsley to taste.
Finish by adding some hot sauce.
Serve.
