Cheesy Stuffed Sausages

Start by adding the Tuscan sausages in a saucepan filled with boiling water and let them cook for 10 minutes.After this indicated time, remove the sausages from the heat andcut a vertical slit down the center of each sausage, but don’t cut them all the way through.Transfer them to a baking tin and set aside.In a bowl, add the green bell pepper chopped into small cubes, the onion chopped into small cubes, the tomato chopped into small cubes, parsley to taste and the sugar-free plain yogurt, mix until combined.Now, add this filling to the sausages we prepared.Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 30 minutes.After this indicated time, remove the sausages from the oven and distribute the grated mozzarella cheese all over them.Take them back to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and let them bake for another 10 minutes.Serve.

  • 1kg of Tuscan Sausages
  • 1 Tomato
  • ½ Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • Parsley to Taste
  • 3 Tablespoons of Brazilian Cream Cheese (Soft Cheese)
  • 150g of Mozzarella Cheese

After this indicated time, remove the sausages from the heat and cut a vertical slit down the center of each sausage, but don’t cut them all the way through.

Transfer them to a baking tin and set aside.

In a bowl, add the green bell pepper chopped into small cubes, the onion chopped into small cubes, the tomato chopped into small cubes, parsley to taste and the sugar-free plain yogurt, mix until combined.

Now, add this filling to the sausages we prepared. 

Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 30 minutes.

After this indicated time, remove the sausages from the oven and distribute the grated mozzarella cheese all over them. 

Take them back to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and let them bake for another 10 minutes.

Serve.
