Slice the chicken breasts into cutlets, transfer them to a bowl and season them with salt, black pepper and sweet paprika, mix very well and set aside.
Grate the mozzarella and the parmesan cheese, place them in a bowl and add the crushed garlic clove, the mayonnaise and parsley to taste, mix very well.
Get a cutlet and place some of this cheese mixture on top of it and spread well. Roll the chicken cutlet from the shorter tip to the larger one. Repeat this process until you've used up all the cutlets.
Grease an ovenproof baking dish with a drizzle of oil or olive oil and with a brush, evenly spread it all over the baking dish.
Transfer all the chicken rolls to the baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve.
