Start by cutting the pork loin steaks into cubes.
Transfer everything to a large bowl, add the onion cut into strips, the mayonnaise, the mustard, the salt, the black pepper, the grated pickled cucumbers, mix everything very well until combined and let everything marinate for 15 minutes.
Then, cut the potatoes into very thin strips.
If you prefer, you can use a vegetable slicer.
In a medium baking dish, add all the meat we prepared and arrange it evenly.
Add the potatoes, covering all the meat and brush the potatoes with one tablespoon of mayonnaise.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and roast for 45 minutes.
Serve.

What can you substitute for the mayo. My family doesn't like mayo. they use miracle whip on sandwiches and stuff
