Into a bowl, start by adding the packets of cherry jelly powder then add the hot water, mix very well until the jelly powder dissolves. Then add the cold water and mix again.Pour all the jelly mixture into a medium glass dish, take it to the fridge and let it chill for about 2 hours.After this indicated time, cut the jelly into small dices.Using a spatula, release all these dices from the bottom of the dish and set aside.Into a blender, add the coconut milk, the milk, the table cream, and the condensed milk, close the blender and let it all blend very well until combined.After that, add the previously hydrated unflavored gelatin powder and blend it all again very well, for about 2 minutes.Once you’ve done that, set mixture aside.Into a pudding cake mold, add a drizzle of oil and evenly spread it all over the mold.Now, add about ⅓ of the chopped jelly dices, add half of the blended mixture, then add another ⅓ of jelly dices, add the rest of the mixture and, finally, add the rest of the jelly dices.Take it to the fridge and let it chill for about 2 hours.After this indicated time, run a knife along the edges and unmold.Help yourself.

  • 200ml of Coconut Milk
  • ½ Cup of Milk 
  • 1 Pack of Table Cream (200g)
  • 1 Pack of Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 1 Envelope of Unflavored Gelatin (12g)
