Pasta
Sauce
In a skillet over medium heat, add one drizzle of olive oil, add the peeled and deveined shrimps, stir-fry for 1 minute.
After this indicated time, season them with the salt, the black pepper and the sweet paprika, stir and let them fry until slightly golden brown.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan filled with warm water, add the pasta nests, the salt, and let the pasta boil for 7 minutes.
After this indicated time, drain all the water from the pasta and set aside.
Remove all the shrimps from the skillet and also set aside.
Now, in the same skillet we fried the shrimps, add the unsalted butter and stir until melted.
Now, add the red onion chopped into small cubes, the minced garlic clove, and stir-fry until nicely golden brown.
Add the heavy cream, the white wine, stir and let it all cook for 2 minutes.
Add the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, stir and turn off the heat.
Add the grated parmesan cheese and mix again.
Once you’ve done that, pour in all the cooked pasta and the shrimps, mix and finish with parsley to taste.
Serve.
