Cut the onion in half then cut into strips. Put some oil in a skillet and spread it well, add the onion, let it sauté for 5 minutes on low heat.
Meanwhile, chop the potatoes, the chicken breast and the tomato into dices.
Transfer all the chopped ingredients to the skillet with the onion, mix lightly.
Add salt, sweet paprika, oregano and black pepper, mix well, cover the skillet and let it all cook for 15 minutes on medium to low heat.
After the indicated cooking time, add the table cream, mix well, cover the skillet again and let it all cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.
While it cooks, chop some parsley, turn off the heat, sprinkle some parsley and mix well.
Serve.
