
For Breading:
Start by placing the cooked cassava into a large bowl.
Add the butter and mash everything very well until it becomes a smooth puree.
Next, add the egg, the grated mozzarella cheese, parsley to taste, a pinch of salt, the wheat flour and mix everything very well until combined.
Then take a handful of this mixture and flatten it.
Add a slice of mozzarella cheese in the center, one hotdog sausage and close it by shaping it into a snack roll.
Repeat this process with all the mixture.
Next, bread all of them by first coating them in wheat flour, then dip them in beaten eggs and finally coat them in panko breadcrumbs.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the snacks we prepared and fry them until golden brown.
Serve.
