Fish Fillet in Coconut Milk

Into a bowl/dish, add the fish, the lime juice and the salt, mix very well and let it marinate for 1 hour.In a pan, put the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden, add the fish and mix, add the green, yellow and red peppers, put the tomato and add the coconut milk, cover the pan and let it all cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.Transfer to a glass dish and sprinkle parsley and chives to taste.

Ingredientes

  • 1kg of Fish Fillet
  • Juice of 2 Limes
  • 2 Teaspoons of Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil or Oil
  • ½ Medium Onion, Chopped into Round Slices
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 100g of Yellow Pepper
  • 100g of Red Pepper
  • 100g of Green Pepper
  • 1 Tomato
  • 200ml of Coconut Milk
  • Parsely and Chives to Taste
