Into a bowl/dish, add the fish, the lime juice and the salt, mix very well and let it marinate for 1 hour.
In a pan, put the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden, add the fish and mix, add the green, yellow and red peppers, put the tomato and add the coconut milk, cover the pan and let it all cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
