Start by cutting the cabbage into thin strips then finely chop it into smaller pieces.
Transfer all this cabbage to a large saucepan and add enough hot water to cover everything.
Turn on the heat, set it to medium-low and let it cook for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the water and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the diced onion, the crushed garlic cloves and fry until golden brown.
Transfer all the cabbage we cooked to a large bowl.
Add the eggs, the sautéed garlic and onion and the wheat flour.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika and mix everything very well until combined.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add portions of the mixture we prepared, shaping them into fritters with a spoon and let them fry them until golden brown on both sides.
Serve.

I made this. Taste was good. However, even with the fritters fried golden brown the consistency wasn’t firm enough to eat like a “fritter” with a homemade Tzatziki sauce. The fritters kept falling apart. Any suggestions? I did double check the recipe
