Bruschetta

Start by chopping the bell pepper into small dices.Also chop the tomato into small dices.Finely chop the chives and grate the mozzarella cheese using the smallest holes in the grater.Cut the ham of your choice into small dices.Into a bowl, add the egg, the mayonnaise, the salt and the oregano, mix well.Next, into another bowl, add the tomato dices, the pepper, the ham, the chives, the grated mozzarella cheese, the egg-mayo mixture, mix all the ingredients very well.Now into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange the slices of bread one next to the other.Next, add 2 tablespoons of the topping over each slice of bread.Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and let them bake for 10 minutes.Serve.
