
Start by dipping the lightly scored chicken breasts in the melted butter.
Dip them, drain the excess butter and set aside.
On a tray, add the salt in a row.
Then do the same with the black pepper, the onion powder and the sweet paprika.
Repeat this process until you reach the end of the tray.
Add the chicken breasts, rub the seasonings onto them, spreading evenly and set them aside.
Next, add the instant noodles into a plastic bag and crush them.
Transfer them to a medium bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs, mix well and set aside.
In another medium bowl, add the eggs and whisk everything very well.
Now, bread the seasoned chicken breasts.
First, coat them in wheat flour, then dip them in the beaten eggs and finally, coat them thoroughly in the noodle and panko breadcrumb mixture.
Place them in a large skillet over medium to low heat with hot vegetable oil and fry them until golden brown.
To finish, add cheese sauce to taste and parsley to taste.
Serve.
