Skillet-Fried Buttered Potatoes

Start by cutting the baby potatoes into thin strips without cutting them all the way through.Next, add all of them to a large pot and cover them with water.Add the salt, turn on the heat to medium-low and let them cook for 10 minutes.After this time has passed, drain all the water from the potatoes.After that, in a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until it melts.Add a drizzle of olive oil and stir again.Next, add all the potatoes we cooked and squeeze the juice of half a lime over everything.Now, grate the garlic clove, season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of sweet paprika.Add the butter and let everything fry for 2 minutes.Then, flip the potatoes, repeat the seasoning on the other side and let everything fry for another 5 minutes.Finely chop a sprig of parsley and finish by sprinkling this parsley over the potatoes.Serve.
