Start by placing the potatoes in an oven-safe bag.
Add the vegetable oil, the salt, the sweet paprika, the Italian seasoning and a pinch of black pepper.
Close the bag and mix everything together.
Then, open the bag, add the water, close the bag and mix again.
Now, close it with a cable tie, put in a baking dish, take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 50 minutes.
After this time has passed, transfer the potatoes to the baking dish.
Add the crushed garlic cloves, a drizzle of olive oil, green onions to taste and mix.
Put it back in the oven and leave for 10 minutes.
Serve.
