Roll out the puff pastry sheet and add the tomato paste, spreading it well.
Fill it with the cheese slices, top them with slices of salami and pepperoni, just like shown in the video.
Brush the beaten egg all over the edge of the pastry sheet.
Then roll it up into a log by folding the pastry sheet over the filling, and trim off the excess pastry from the edges.
Transfer to a baking tray lined with nonstick baking paper.
Next, using a spatula or knife, make 8 slits on the surface of the pastry.
Now, into each slit, insert one half-moon slice of tomato and one half-moon slice of mozzarella cheese.
Then brush beaten egg all over the pastry.
Sprinkle oregano to taste and add one drizzle of olive oil all over it.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve.
