Cheesy Instant Noodles in Tomato Sauce

In a skillet, start by adding one drizzle of olive oil, the onion chopped into small cubes, the red and green bell peppers chopped into small cubes, add the tomato sauce and stir for 3 minutes.Then add the water, the salt, the black pepper, stir well until incorporated.Once the water begins to boil, add the instant noodles and let it all cook for 5 minutes.Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the eggs, the salt, the sweet paprika and the black pepper, beat until combined.Now pour these beaten eggs in the skillet with the cooked noodles, add the mozzarella cheese cut into sticks, cover the skillet and let it all cook for another 5 minutes.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • ½ Onion
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper
  • ½ Green Bell Pepper
  • 6 Tablespoons of Tomato Sauce
  • 300ml of Water
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Pack of Instant Noodles (80g)
  • 200g of Mozzarella Chopped into Sticks

Eggs

  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon of Sweet Paprika
  • 1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper

Modo de Fazer

Then add the water, the salt, the black pepper, stir well until incorporated. 

Once the water begins to boil, add the instant noodles and let it all cook for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the eggs, the salt, the sweet paprika and the black pepper, beat until combined. 

Now pour these beaten eggs in the skillet with the cooked noodles, add the mozzarella cheese cut into sticks, cover the skillet and let it all cook for another 5 minutes.

Serve.
