Start by cutting a piece of bread into slices that are about one finger thick.
In a medium bowl, add the eggs, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and beat everything very well.
Next, dip the slices of bread we cut earlier into these eggs and set aside.
Now, cut the tomatoes into small cubes, grate the ham and the mozzarella using the coarse side of the grater.
In a medium bowl, add the tomatoes we cut earlier, the ham, the mozzarella, chopped parsley to taste and the mayonnaise.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the oregano and mix everything very well.
Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
And on top of each bread slice, add one tablespoon of the mixture we prepared, then spread it evenly.
Take it to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake it for 20 minutes.
Serve.
