Start by cutting the chicken breasts in half, lengthwise (into cutlets), and season them with one pinch of salt and one pinch of black pepper.
Flip the chicken cutlets, repeat the spices on the other side and set aside.
In a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil, add the chicken cutlets and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
Remove them from the skillet and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels.
In the same skillet, add the butter, stir until fully melted.
Now, add the wheat flour, stir well. Gradually add the milk and keep stirring until slightly thickened.
Season with the salt, one pinch of black pepper and stir.
Put the fried chicken cutlets back in the skillet and stir again.
Finish it off with parsley and chopped chili peppers to taste.
Serve.
