Easy White Chocolate Dessert

Into a large bowl, start by adding the milk, the condensed milk, the milk powder and the table cream.Using a whisk, mix it all together very well until fully combined.Now into a small bowl, add the unflavored gelatin powder and the water, mix and microwave it for 30 seconds.Go back to mixing the milk mixture and while you do it, add the hydrated gelatin. Once you've added it, keep mixing it all together for another minute.Now get the chocolate truffles and chop them into small pieces. Transfer all of them to our mixture and mix once again for 1 minute.Into a small glass dish, add a drizzle of regular oil or coconut oil, then transfer all the mixture we've made to this glass dish.Finally, take it to the fridge and let it chill for 2 to 4 hours. Serve.

  • 8 White Chocolate Truffles
  • 800ml of Milk
  • 2 Packs of Condensed Milk (395g each)
  • 2 Packs of Table Cream (200g each)
  • 4 Tablespoons of Milk Powder
  • 2 Envelopes of Colorless Unflavored Gelatin Powder (24g)
  • 10 Tablespoons of Water
  • Oil for Greasing

Modo de Fazer

Into a large bowl, start by adding the milk, the condensed milk, the milk powder and the table cream. 

Using a whisk, mix it all together very well until fully combined. 

Now into a small bowl, add the unflavored gelatin powder and the water, mix and microwave it for 30 seconds. 

Go back to mixing the milk mixture and while you do it, add the hydrated gelatin. Once you've added it, keep mixing it all together for another minute. 

Now get the chocolate truffles and chop them into small pieces. Transfer all of them to our mixture and mix once again for 1 minute. 

Into a small glass dish, add a drizzle of regular oil or coconut oil, then transfer all the mixture we've made to this glass dish. 

Finally, take it to the fridge and let it chill for 2 to 4 hours. Serve.
