In a large pot, add the chicken drumsticks, the water and the potatoes.
Turn on the heat to medium and let everything cook for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the water and let everything cool until it reaches room temperature.
When that happens, remove all the bones from the drumsticks and shred the chicken.
After doing that, peel the potatoes we cooked and mash them very well until they become a puree.
Add the shredded chicken, the breadcrumbs, the shredded mozzarella cheese and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the sweet paprika and mix to combine.
Next, take a handful of this mixture and shape it into a ball.
Repeat this process with all the mixture and coat all of them in breadcrumbs.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the balls we prepared and fry them until golden brown.
Serve.
