Start by cutting the potatoes into round slices.
Next, in an ovenproof dish, add one drizzle of olive oil, the potatoes, salt to taste, one pinch of black pepper.
Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 20 minutes.
Now, cut the chicken breast into cubes.
In a skillet, add enough vegetable oil to cover its whole bottom, add the chicken cubes, the salt, one pinch of black pepper, stir until the chicken has fried through.
Next, turn off the heat and set aside.
In a bowl, add the table cream, one teaspoon of salt and the water, mix very well until combined.
Once you’ve done that, in the ovenproof dish filled with the potatoes, add all the chicken, the onion chopped into small cubes and the table cream, take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 15 minutes.
After this indicated time, remove the dish from the oven, and top it all with the grated mozzarella cheese.
Take the dish back to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and browned.
Serve.
