Cake Batter
Start by cutting the banana peels into thin strips and transfer everything to a medium bowl.
Add the eggs and transfer everything to a blender.
Next, add the sugar and blend until well combined.
Stop blending and set this mixture aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the condensed milk, the butter, the milk chocolate and stir everything very well until the mixture becomes smooth and starts to pull away from the bottom of the skillet.
Turn off the heat, add the heavy cream and stir.
Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, add the banana peel mixture we prepared earlier, the vegetable oil, the wheat flour and mix.
Add the bananas sliced into rounds, the baking powder and mix again to incorporate.
Transfer this batter to a 20cm-diameter baking pan greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour.
Place it in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Finally, add the fudge we prepared.
Serve.
