Toasted Manioc Flour With Eggs and Onion

In a large skillet filled with hot oil, add one onion chopped into round slices and the eggs, let it all fry for 5 minutes.Season with one pinch of salt, one pinch of black pepper, stir until incorporated.Add the sweet corn and stir for another 5 minutes.Gradually add the manioc flour and keep stirring until combined.Turn off the heat, add parsley to taste and stir once again.Serve.

  • 7 Eggs
  • 1 Medium Onion

  • 170g of Sweet Corn
  • 2 Cups of Manioc Flour 
  • Parsley to Taste
