Into a pan, add the milk, the grated coconut, the coconut milk and the condensed milk, mix non-stop until it thickens. Pour into a glass dish, spread and set aside.

Into a pan, add the condensed milk, the table cream, the chocolate powder and mix it all together until combined, with the heat still off.
Over medium heat, stir until thickened.
Once the mixture starts being released from the bottom of the pan, that's the right cooking point. Add the butter and stir until melted.
Transfer the chocolate layer to the glass dish, spread and let it chill in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
Garnish with sprinkles to taste.
