Start by placing the popcorn kernels into a blender and blend until they turn into fine crumbs.
Sift everything and add 3 tablespoons of these crumbs to a large bowl.
Add the wheat flour, the cornstarch, the baking powder, the sugar, the salt, the turmeric and mix everything together.
Next, gradually add the water and knead with your hands until the mixture is smooth.
Now, flour the countertop, place the dough on it and stretch it well.
Use a rolling pin to roll it out until thin.
Trim the edges of the dough shaping it into a rectangular form.
Then, with the help of a knife cut it into strips, into squares, into triangles, and finally into smaller triangles.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the dough triangles we prepared and fry them until golden brown.
To finish, add salt to taste.
Serve.
