In a blender, add the bacon slices, the boiled eggs, the chilled table cream, the lime juice, the peeled garlic clove, the salt, blend all the ingredients together very well until combined, just like shown in the video.
Transfer all the pâté to a nice serving dish and set aside.
To prepare the beef steak, start by seasoning it with the salt, the black pepper and the garlic powder, spread and season the other side with the same spices.
In a skillet, add the butter and stir until melted.
Add the steak we’ve seasoned and fry until both sides have browned.
Serve the steak with the bacon pâté.
