Start by cutting the potatoes into very thin slices using a vegetable slicer.
But you can use a knife if you prefer.
In a medium bowl, add the slices of smoked bacon completely covering the inside walls of the bowl.
Add the potatoes slices covering the base.
Season them with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of sweet paprika.
Next, grate the frozen chicken breast and evenly spread it as a layer over the potatoes.
Season it just as we did before, with a pinch of salt, black pepper and sweet paprika.
Top all the chicken with the grated mozzarella cheese.
Make another layer of potatoes, season them, make another layer of chicken and season it as well.
Top everything with the grated mozzarella cheese and make a last layer with potatoes.
Finally, fold the bacon over all the other ingredients, wrapping them together.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
