For Breading
Start by adding the chicken into a zip lock bag.
Pour in the beer, seal the bag and let everything marinate for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the chicken from the bag and chop it into small cubes.
Transfer everything to a large bowl and set aside.
Next, grate the potatoes using the large holes in the grater and transfer all these grated potatoes to the bowl with the chicken.
Add the grated mozzarella cheese, chopped parsley to taste, the salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix everything together very well until fully combined.
Now, line a twenty-unit egg carton with some plastic wrap.
Next, add the chicken mixture we prepared and spread it out evenly.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on top of this chicken mixture and flip it onto the table to unmold.
Remove the plastic wrap, take portions of this chicken mixture and shape into balls.
Now, coat these balls first by rolling them in breadcrumbs, then dip them in beaten egg and finally, roll them in breadcrumbs once again.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the chicken balls and let them fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve.
