Start by cutting the puff pastry into round slices.
To do this, use a wine glass.
In a small bowl, add the wheat flour, take a glass and coat the edge with flour.
Arrange the pastry slices around the edge of the glass and add one slice on top of the glass, covering everything.
Unmold the puff pastry rose onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Repeat this process with all the pastry.
Next, grate the ham and the mozzarella using the largest holes on the grater and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add all the ham, the mozzarella cheese, the cream cheese, the oregano and mix everything very well until combined.
Now, with a teaspoon, place this filling we prepared in the center of the puff pastry roses.
Then, brush the beaten egg over everything.
Take the baking sheet to a preheated oven at 180° C (350°F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
